4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refund policy

4.1 Billing

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers.

A customer can purchase any product offered by Mulgão Verde (Olegario Nazareth Agri Holdings) through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / UPI/Gpay depending upon which ones are currently being provided by Payment Gateway facility.

After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of Mulgão Verde (Olegario Nazareth Agri Holdings) through email, which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.

5. Customer Support

As used in Terms, the words “include” and “including” and variations thereof will be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”

You agree to indemnify and hold Mulgão Verde (Olegario Nazareth Agri Holdings) harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:

· Any User Content you share or otherwise contribute;

· Any activity in which you engage on or through the Mulgão Verde Service; and

· Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
