Coconut-Crusted Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix desiccated coconut flakes, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat fish fillets with the coconut mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
